Deposit holders are always welcome to visit by appointment. We love having families come meet their puppy in person. Just reach out and we will find a time that works.
We do not do walk-in visits. Puppies are on a schedule, and unplanned disruptions are hard on them and on us. If you have placed a deposit and want to come meet the litter, contact Abigail directly at urbanheropoodles@gmail.com or 931-212-4143 and we will get something on the calendar.
Puppies at this stage sleep most of the day and have short windows of active, alert time. A visit that runs too long stresses them out and disrupts their sleep schedule, which affects development. We ask all visitors to plan for a visit of under one hour. You will see more of a puppy's real personality in a focused 45-minute window than in two hours of an overtired, overstimulated litter.
You will meet your puppy and their littermates in the whelping area. Puppies go home October 18–25. If your puppy is starting to show individual personality, we may be able to do some informal temperament observation together during your visit. Bring any questions you have about the transition home, the contract, or puppy prep.
We do not offer visits to prospective buyers before a deposit is placed. If you are still deciding, the best next step is to submit an application and schedule a phone call. From there, if it feels like a good fit on both sides, we will move forward with the deposit and get you on the calendar for a visit.
